About Us

Health and Fitness have always been an important part of Ali’s life. She has been practicing Yoga for 18 years and loves how it is such a great adjunct to working out and lifting weights. After getting certified in 2020, she opened Just Breathe Yoga and Wellness in 2021, offering beginner to intermediate yoga classes.

As she discovered there were other individuals who wanted to get stronger mentally and physically, she began to introduce different types of classes. Kettlebell, core training and Pilates have since been added! Ali found a niche where she could help others focus on finding their inner peace and body awareness. Thus, building Just Breathe Wellness Studio.

 

I tried several yoga classes for fun and never returned until a friend invited me to try Ali’s class. After attending on an almost weekly basis for several months, I find myself getting stronger and the moves getting easier. Ali is a fantastic instructor who pushes and encourages at the same time. I truly love her class
