About Us

Health and Fitness have always been an important part of Ali’s life. She has been practicing Yoga on and off for 18 years and loves how it is such a great adjunct to working out and lifting weights. While home during the pandemic, she deiced to take the leap and go ahead and get certified as in instructor.

As she discovered there were other individuals that liked to practice Yoga and found an niche where she could help others focus on their inner self with regular yoga practices. Thus, building Just Breathe Yoga and Wellness.

 

I tried several yoga classes for fun and never returned until a friend invited me to try Ali’s class. After attending on an almost weekly basis for several months, I find myself getting stronger and the moves getting easier. Ali is a fantastic instructor who pushes and encourages at the same time. I truly love her class
